Planting the First Batch of Olive Trees – A Promise Taking Root
At Olive & Foam, we’ve always believed that beauty should do more—it should nourish our skin, respect our planet, and give back to the land that sustains us. Today, we are beyond proud to share a milestone that belongs not just to us, but to you, our community: the planting of the first batch of olive trees, made possible through your orders.
Where Are These Trees?
This first planting is happening in a city called Beit Furik in Nablus, Palestine; where olive trees have been thriving for centuries. We’ve carefully chosen medium-sized olive trees that will start bearing fruit in just three years—a relatively short time for such a long-lived and deeply symbolic tree.
Who Will Care for These Trees?
We’re honored to be working with the family that owns the land, who will be nurturing these trees, ensuring they grow strong and healthy. This family has been cultivating olives for generations, and your support is helping them continue this tradition.
Why This Matters
Every olive tree planted is more than just a tree. It’s a symbol of resilience, heritage, and sustainability. For this family caring for these trees, olives are not just a crop—they are a way of life. The olives and olive oil they produce are essential to their livelihoods, supporting their families and preserving a centuries-old tradition.
Your support doesn’t just plant trees—it helps sustain communities, strengthen local agriculture, and ensure that future generations can continue to live off this land. And most importantly, it stands as a living connection between you and the soil that produces the pure, nourishing olive oil in every Olive & Foam product
What’s Next?
This is just the beginning. As Olive & Foam grows, so will our olive groves. With every product you choose, you’re directly contributing to more trees, more livelihoods, and a future where beauty and sustainability go hand in hand.
For those of you who have been with us from the start—this first planting is yours. Your support is literally taking root in the soil of Palestine. We’ll be sharing updates as these trees grow, and in three years, when they start bearing fruit, we’ll be celebrating together.
Thank you for making this possible. This is only the beginning.
